1. We Research Your Land
Once you provide us with a few basic pieces of Information, using our simple and easy-to-use Sell My Land Form, we will begin an in-depth due diligence process. Our underwriting department will determine a value based on true data and a price-per-square-foot basis, ensuring we offer the highest possible amount.

2. We Present You With An Offer
Once we have verified that your land meets our buying criteria, our property underwriters will determine an offer amount and contact you by either phone or email to discuss how we can proceed.

3. We Send You And Agreement
Once we have come to an agreement, we will prepare a basic purchase agreement we use with our closing attorneys. Once signed, it will be automatically forwarded to the title company.
4. We Open Escrow
The title company will confirm receipt of the purchase agreement and we will deposit the earnest money. The title company will call you and send the seller Information sheet.
